RUNNERS STRETCH & MOBILITY

Designed specifically for runners, this class focuses on improving overall flexibility, range of motion, and mobility, key components to running efficiently and staying injury-free.
Through a combination of dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and targeted exercises, you'll work on loosening tight muscles, increasing joint flexibility, and optimising movement patterns. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or a casual jogger, this class will help you move better, feel stronger, and run more efficiently.
