Strength & Conditioning

Every Monday at 8:15pm
Shephall Community Centre

 

The goal of this class is to get people lifting weights, moving quickly, whilst gaining fitness, strength and understanding how to move in a more efficient way.

​

In all sport there is an element of strength required and this class prioritises just that. If you would like to attend then please contact me, and I will add you to the group!

Mat Pilates

Every Wednesday at 7:30pm

Shephall Community Centre

The main objective from this session is to improve posture, strength around your joints and become more aware of how your body moves.

​

Sessions are planned in a way to allow anyone from any level or background to attend. This can include those that are in pain with an ongoing injury, senior citizens, or individuals that are completely new to pilates.

RUNNERS STRETCH & MOBILITY

Every Friday at 7:45pm

Bedwell Community Centre

Designed specifically for runners, this class focuses on improving overall flexibility, range of motion, and mobility—key components to running efficiently and staying injury-free.

​

Through a combination of dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and targeted exercises, you'll work on loosening tight muscles, increasing joint flexibility, and optimizing movement patterns. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or a casual jogger, this class will help you move better, feel stronger, and run more efficiently.
